Ok so who here has done this? I want to try it, but i do not know which is the best software out there ><</p>

    In what context do you mean? I've used photographs as reference to create 3D meshes in 3D Studio Max if that's what you mean.

    The really is no 'best' software out there (okay, there IS but not strictly for this purpose) just whatever you're more comfortable using. If you don't know your way around a modeler, it won't matter if it's the greatest software the world has ever known since you'll have no idea how to use it.

    I think the short answer is that nothing does it well unless you have a lot of experience and wayyyy too much money

    if he means a scene or object Autodesk 123D catch might be the answer

    As Wendy already pointed out, Autodesk 123D catch can turn photos into 3D. Photoshop CS5E, CS6E, and CC can all do this as well. In CS5E it was called Repousse, in CS6E+ it's 3D Extrusion.
