I post positively about Carrara in there once in a while too. More often lately - especially in the Art Studio forum. The Manga thread author actually is a Carrara user, but doesn't frequent the Carrara forum - so we Carraraists are out there!
Makes me wonder how many other legacy Carrara users there are out there that never come here, or maybe just come to look and read.
Carrara offers artists such a wealth of capabilities - I'm still so flabbergasted that it's such an underdog in the industry. I mean... Carrara ROCKS!!!
I do also agree that Daz Studio is amazing - I really do. It's no Carrara, but it is an awesome 3d render solution.

A blog is just a way to put information out. Could be like an open journal (my friend is doing a blog of what's going on with her dealing with cancer and how the treatments are going) or could be a history of animation or what a company is doing in terms of software or content development; a way to stay in touch with customers.

I like it. Looks like it's off to a fine beginning, starting off with helping new Studio users and promoting new Daz artists. Great way to start IMHO. Great way for them to be able to reach out in their own words.
When they release Carrara 2020, They'll probably put a bunch of info about that on there too. Probably already finalizing the pages as we speak!
