Working with the ocean foam? (Carrara Cafe Shader

i vaguely understand how to use the height layer good stuff in shader room.

it's showing as big white areas in my render. i don't understand how to adjust it so it's more scattered in lil areas. ?

not sure what to adjust?  trial and error is epic fail  >.<
