Store Not Keeping Track of Previous Bought Content

It used to be when I was ordering stuff from the Store, it would give me a warning if I had bought the content before. It no longer does that, and I have inadvertently double-purchased some items. Is this going to be fixed? Will I be given Credit for already purchased items?

Go to Help at the top of this page and choose Contact Us > Submit a Support Ticket and direct it to Sales Support to ask for a refund on the duplicate.
They do want to add back that feature, but not idea when or if it will happen.
