I come across this now and then
stuff in my online content library not in DIM
I redid my entire runtime and occasionally need to go back and redownload as zip files even thought it shows as DIM downloadable because it will not.
do not ask me which files, I have no idea, I fix as I find something I know I have but is missing.
refreshing DIM does not work.
it has happened with new items too
tied up for G2m & f today and the wizard other week, both co-incidently Sickleyield products but I doubt that is the reason.
my other purchases in the same orders all appear in DIM
after manually installing, moving the manifest and zips to right locations and reimporting metadata they will appear in DIM.

    Both the wizard robe and tied up installed via DIM here. My guess is that it is tagged for "Daz Studio 4.5+", which you don't have checked?

    Edit to add: SickleYield is usually a PA using some newer techniques (e.g. the wizard set uses the new cross-fitting between G2F and G2M), so that is probably the reason at least for the wizard set.
