Monthly Coupon Problems

for some reason my mothly coupon won't work.
In my cart I had: Roxana Yaroslavna, Vampire Lady For Genesis and April Showers for Genesis Female, it would not work when I tried using it. Then I try adding Supermasks for Genesis and Dragon Queen for Genesis Female (with the first two), when I applied the coupon then it only took off the $2.94 off the Superhero mask and nothing else.

Why is it doing this?

    The coupon does not apply to $2.99 items or PC ($1.99) items

    Roxana Yaroslavna, Vampire Lady For Genesis, April Showers for Genesis Female and Dragon Queen for Genesis Female
    are 2.99 items - the coupon does not work on 1.99 or 2.99 products.

    Supermasks for Genesis is at the moment discounted and fell out of the PC with the discount, so to speak.
