Facial spots / acne?

Hey everyone,

Not sure if there is anything out there that would fulfil what I'm looking for here, but I'm looking to make a teen male character, with the typical spotty/acne look going on.

I've tried every search term I can think of, and apart from Rhys for G3M, I can't seem to find anything.

The problem with the Rhys product is that the acne textures are baked into his skin, so can't be used on other skins.  Ideally I'd like to find LIE layers or such.

Can anyone recommend anything that micht work, or if there isn't any, can someone with much more talent than I please look into creating some? :D

    There are multiple ways to do this for female characters, but I’m not aware of one for males, so you want to consider using UV Swap with something like Skin Builder or Every Girl to get a pimply female texture onto a male.

    Thanks for the suggestion, @Gordig - I shall obtain those items at a later date and experiment with them :)
