So, what's this pending status on my downloads

As far as I can tell the money has left my bank and the order status is Complete.
Every other order I have placed have been instantly processed.
Is this normal or something I should worry about?

It sometimes happens on random orders. You will need to go into your Itemized order history and reset the downloads for the products on the order. That will change the status and activate the download.
Upon closer inspection the downloads are not only pending, but also doubled
in the download list (not the order itself, just the downloads).
You will need to write to Sales Support via the helpdesk. It happens sometimes when there is a payment glitch, only support can fix it for you.
