Need help with Noctem Helm

I'm guessing I'm missing something simple. But I purchased Noctem, http://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=noctem&x=0&y=0 and wish to take off the faceplate of the helm as the sample pictures show. But so far I've been unable to figure it out. And not understanding how I can contact the vendor, was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the faceplate of the Noctem helm.

I run Poser Pro 2014, I've selected the helm and dress, went through each hide off/on morph, and none of them either with the helm or dress selected hides the front faceplate. If the advertisement in error about the helm, or am I missing something very obvious?

Make the material zone NctmHead_Metal3 transparent.

In the surfaces tab look for NctmHead_Metal3 and set the opacity to 0.

Some white zeros from where the material hung are still present. Do you know if there is a way to get ride of them?

Yup you would find what material zone it belongs to in the surfaces tab and set the opacity to 0 again. :)
