easy fast smooth realistic animations (need some advice)

I like to play with daz studios from time to time but the same things keep pushing me away. Im not into posing i like to make animations but one problem. It takes me much longer than i would like it hardly looks realistic and isnt smooth.

Is there any easy way to make nice animations that you can do in minutes like... a usb doll that copys the movement you make or a add-on that makes moving joins and getting things the why they should be easyer?

I have seen add-ons that make the head mimic talking that is nice and realistic.

Any advice would be nice.
