Smile Dog For Poser/Daz?

Basically, I'm wondering if and/or how I can create morphs for the Millennium Dog that recreates this creepypasta monster for Poser/Daz3D. Or will this be something that may require a whole new model?

Or has it been made already and I was too lazy to find it? :p

What's the consensus?

    I think people might appreciate a warning in the thread title that things are gonna get creepy in here. Not everyone is familiar with smile dog :D

    Also, if there's anything like this for the Millennium Dog, I've never seen it.

    OMG LOL ... I love it. Looks like the doggy version of the Cheshire Cat. Thanks for posting that, I never heard of this smile dog before.
