Rooms with lighting and curtains

There are some great indoor sets coming out at the moment, which look great in the promo renders but very few state that they include the lighting presets essential for those renders. Why are these not included as standard by all makers- after all they had to do the lights for the promo render so it is no extra work. If lighting is included, please make it clear in the description- I am far more likely to buy a complete set including lighting. OK this lighting will normally need to be tweaked, but that would be a starting point. Also, why do so few rooms come with curtains? Surely all houses have curtains and having them in the set would do away with the need for always needing to get external views.

over at cubebrush Gagas has a couple sets of window treatments with about 20 items in each set for $7 a set all sizes, styles of curtain sets. 

If they used a commercial lighting set .. at least list on the page along with outfits etc.
