Only DAZ knows the answer to that.
Whenever DAZ decides to put it on sale. No one here has any way of knowing ahead of time when DAZ might decide put that particular product on sale.
If you join the Platinum Club you can get 30% off all DAZ originals all the time.
As everyone said, only DAZ knows when Victoria 6 will be on sale, and I suspect even the DAZ marketing people do not really know. They may have an idea, but I'm sure plans change based on market factors.

I've been asking for the last week.. so I deleted it out my wish list. and all the HD stuff to go with it to make room for other stuff.. I got tired of watching as the v6 sale sailed on by as the base model was not on sale . You'll never know with Daz when they put what on sale no rhythm no reason to how this sell things here
and I won't even get started on PC member ship..lol
Butt here is a bright side, you can use a lot of g2f stuff with the g2f evolution morph bundle which is cheaper than v6 set. and is what is mostly required for most of the g2f characters :)
V6 is a morph set of G2F. DAZ has already had sales on DAZ Originals Environments so they may decide to run on sale on DAZ Originals People at some point during the MM sale.
Since DAZ doesn't give a list of what's on sale when, the only option is to check back at least once a day to see what's in new releases for MM and what PA stores and other categories are included in the day's sales.
DAZ runs sales fairly frequently. Right now the MM promo is the main attraction. Once it's over, you'll probably see other sales including DAZ Originals sales. The only thing to remember about sales is that most sales don't include new products. New products are anything that's been in the store less than 60 days.
V6 was on sale when she first came out. The pro bundle was nearly 50% off when I bought it. How much of a sale are you seeking?
40-50% off seems the norm. I like the V6 skin color above some of the others . Even though I do have Steph 6 and I like her skin even though some have said they didn't.
The MM promo is 40% off one and 50% off 2 or more. That isn't necessarily the norm. Over the past year, the norm has been 30% off one, 40% off two and 50% off 3 or more.
The only sale you can count on the sale price is the annual half off PA sale that has been held in September the last two years. Various PA stores are on sale on various days. Last year, DAZ did add a twist. In the early part of the sale, you only got the full half off PA items if you purchased 3 or more from any of the PA stores that were on sale that day. Later they changed it. PC members got half off PA items without having to meet a quantity but again only for the stores on sale that day. The PA sale does have one day where all PA items are half off. Since there are some vendors who do not participate in other sales, that's the only day you have to get what you want on sale so you have to save your money for it.
In the end, there is no norm or standard to go by. DAZ is well known for flash and limited time sales. These are sales that can last a few hours or a day or more. There's no rhyme or reason to them and the only way you'll know about them is to check back frequently.
