Generation 4 and DIM

I remember back when I had DAZ Studio 2+ when I downloaded and installed V4 or M4 there was a separate program that I was supposed to run. Well, now I have installed DAZ Studio 4.6 and am installing my content with the DAZ Install Manager (DIM). Are we still supposed to run a separate program after DIM installs V4 and/or M4? Or does DIM take care of that for us?
If we have to run the program what is it and where can I find it?

    DIM takes care of everything for you. No extra steps are required.

    No problem. That is the beauty of DIM. No more having to manually install serial numbers or initializing figures
