Downloads For Resouce Files For Products Keeps Failing

I've had when I go to download the resource files for some products that have resource files link on the product page the downloads keep failing. The entire file isn't being downloaded.

I've tried different browsers and using different wi fi networks. I've tried IE, Firefox, Safari, & Chrome on 3 different networks

Any recommendation or ideas on what to do? After over 80 failed attempts to get the resource files for one product today I'm at a loss. (Native Cheyenne Village is the one I can't downland the exe and zip of resource files, but I have noticed the problem with other products.)

    Well, it's probably either your browser, your lanline, or the Magneto server which... I have not-very-nice things to keep to myself about.

    Contact support - they are beginning to put ressource files into the product library.
    Maybe they know of the problem about downloading from the product page?
