Spring Green for Genesis 2 Female(s) not free even if the cart contains $50 items (FIXED)

I have items for $50 in my cart but when I add Spring Green for Genesis 2 Female(s) to it, the item is not free.

There is no problem with the texture pack (City Spring for Spring Green) but the outfit price is $6.28 instead of $0.00...

I believe that DAZ will correct the price later.

It seems that there is also a problem with these two MM items released yesterday since they have now a reduction of 51% off instead of 58%. Unless it would be normal which is odd since the other DAZ items are still on sale with a 58% off reduction...

    I must be going blind, but where does it say you get it for free on an order of over $50?

    Same thing just happened to me. I went ahead and opened a support ticket.

    The price is now fixed and both sets (Spring Green and City for Spring Green ) are free when added to the cart. I believe that the reduction on the two other sets (little black dress and room service) is 51% and not 58%.

    I have the subtotal calculated correctly (>$50), but even though City Spring for Green Spring gets its price dropped to $0, the base outfit - Green Spring - is $9.97; I thought th offer clearly states those sets are going to be given for free if the cart is above $50. Am I missing something?

    I had the same problem but both sets are now showing a price of $0.00 once they are in the cart with items for a total amount of $50.00 or more.

    Perhaps can you try to log out, to empty the browser cache and to log in again. It does sometimes help though I am not sure if it will...

    I hope that you will get the price issue fixed soon...

    By the way, the price of little black dress and room service is now correct (58% off for PC members). :)

    Thank you, Wilfred, but I didn't manage to get the things to work for me before the deal expired. Well, I'm not INCREDIBLY disappointed - if I had to buy the sets, I wouldn't for the fact this kind of a dress is not exactly my cup of tea - but a freebie is a freebie and not being able to get it is kind of sad.

    The deal never worked for me either on St. Pat's day. Just meant I spent less money I guess.
