That product does actually contain a textured OBJ which can be imported into DAZ Studio, although it is sold as a Bryce product.

I have a strange feeling that if I just File > Import the OBJ file that I am not going to end up with bales of hay just like in the promo picture?

I think DAZ3D need to add "•BONUS: Separate .OBJ Files for Each Object" like is does with http://www.daz3d.com/nimos-firewood

There used to be some hay bales over in the RDNA freebies.

Spacebones has this one on ShareCG...

It's in obj format and it does need to have the textures manually applied. But the base texture is passable...

This is rendered with the DS scripted point cloud occlusion scrip and 3DCheapskates worldball...grasslands, included texture/displacement/specular maps and nothing else.

I also have this hay-bale freebie from share CG. Fits my needs perfectly.

I could have made them look better if I had played around with lights etc. That is the set you gave the link to. They are really quite useful.

They are the same one...it's just that the default Bryce render takes less adjusting.
