FBX Export from DS- Tangents & Binormals?

I'm trying to get a good pipeline going for myself, and one of the texturing systems I'm looking into seems to work with FBX with tangent and binormals in place. Blender doesn't save FBX with these, and OBJ, according to something I read, doesn't save this information to begin with.

Does Daz Studio's FBX Export save the tangent and binormals? I don't see an option for them on the export dialog, but that doesn't mean they're not saved by default.

Can you write python code? Then adding it to the blender exporter is probably the easiest solution. The software you are using cannot add tangents and binormals if they are missing on import?

If we would have a technical forum maybe such questions would get an answer. But at the moment technical info and questions disappear in the noise of these forums. And I think that is by purpose :-(

Daz, give us a technical forum!

You could try Collada export then use Autodesk free converter to convert it. I don't know if that works well but it's worth a try
