End File Location for GenX Transfer?
I have been experimenting with Gen X transfer tool just recently put on the Daz Market. I took Victoria 4.2 cr2 file and transferred it to Genesis 2 Female. After the transfer complete I have no idea where to find completed transfer or files in order to load them and see the result. Any experienced power users who know where I can find end transfer product, I would appreciate your kind assistance. Thanks

I never used it but I thought the idea was the end result became a morph to just Dial in the target figure. Have you checked in the Parameters and Shaping Tabs for the file(s) you made in the target figure?
I loaded up Victoria 4.2 figure and browsed her dials but they all look familiar to the morphs ++. There did seem to be a rather odd dial making the figure look like a male figure but I know selected Genesis 2 Female for the end result. I will have to do more research and experimenting.
I was thinking it would create a new duf file but then I really have no idea what to expect other than it take cr2 files and converts them Genesis or Genesis2. How that manifests in the DazStudio I am not sure.
Load Genesis 2 Female and the new dials will show up in the Parameters tab under Actor > GenX > Victoria 4 (if I recall correctly).
Gen x transfers morphs from the source to the target based on the criteria you selected.
If G2F was the target and the transfer condition was replace existing files (the default setting), then you will have added the source morphs to your main G2F. When you load G2F, there will now be one or more sub groups under Actor called Generation X. The morph dials from the source figure will be under these sub groups. Pose controls will have their own Generation X tab outside of the Actor tab.
If you transferred from the main V4 .cr2 without any of the characters or morphs++ injected, then none f these will be transferred to G2F because they weren't there to transfer.
Ah ha!! Thank you Gone. I just loaded up my base Genesis 2 Female and lo-behold there is a new dial for Victoria 4. Now that I see how that works... how can I take say like a product like Thorne (made by Thorne) which are injection files and create dials for Genesis 2 Female to look like Thorne? I get the idea from the product description that its not just limited to poser.
LOL!! I guess I should have said Target figure a different way? ;-P
