How do I view the dazstudio.dat - Last used FBX Morph Export Rules

Does anybody know how to view the dazstudio.dat file. I opened in notepad++, but it is gibberish. I want to see the saved settings for Daz Studio 4.6. Mainly I would like to find where the last used morphs from the "FBX Morph Export Rules" are saved. It is a lot of work switching out morphs during the FBX Export, I would like to switch them out with a saved list. Maybe code a plugin to handle morph presets for the FBX Export.
