Painted on Clothing

I know both M4 and V4 had painted on clothing for one of the skin options.
Does anyone know of any more character skins? I thought I saw one yesterday but didn't book mark it and can't find it today.
Preferably looking for an M4 skin with painted on clothing.

What you want is called a second skin. I don't know of many myself, so hopefully someone can give you some more links.

Thank you! These were a little over the top for what I was looking for but with the magic words "second skin" I was able to do another search and found some good prospects.
I have a number of second skins I've found over the years from a few different places, but mostly for V3 or V4. I don't think I've ever looked for any for M3 or M4.
As a rule of thumb, if a character comes with some type of lingerie or stockings included, its a second skin.
Finding something for V4 is extremely easy. It's just a matter of deciding from the many choices. Finding something for M4 has been rather difficult but I think I found a couple of options last night.
I'm trying to give different characters really different looks, different skin tones, etc. So I am using the painted on clothes as guides to see how things are placed and where. I found a tutorial for doing a customized tattoo and that really helped also.
