Adding metadata to include non DAZ content in CMS

Greetings all.

I have a couple questions and I hope this is the right category to port in.

I have a large library and some is either free or non Daz content.
I read a great post here about adding metadata to these items and it has worked but I find the only way to actually make them show in the smart content database is to re-import the entire thing.

This take me approx 30 minutes and is a pain.

Is there anyway to only import NEWLY created items??

    If you install content with DIM there is no reason to have to Re-Import your metadata. Sadly installing manually has always had that problem. Sometimes it shows sometimes it don't. I made it a habit to reimport whenever I installed something. You can tell it what to reimport. You don't have to do everything

    Be sure to note the name of the metadata file you create, then you only need to re-import that item.
