Genesis 2 problems

Im having trouble getting the genesis 2 figures to load. I have looked in the forum for an answer but i have trouble seeing what i need to do. If someone knows what i need to do could you please send me a pic guide of what i need to do. I hope someone can help and sorry for making it more work.

    Can you post these 2 screenshots:
    1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
    2) In DIM (assuming you installed with DIM), on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right

    In the second image you posted, the one showing the DIM install path...you need to add that path to the Content Directory Manager, to both Daz and Poser formats.

    Have seen this before. part of the installation files are missing.
    Reinstall.
    If you can, do not use dim, download files and do manually.
    Also highly probable that files are there but in wrong folder.
    If you can,do a search in all folders, for the missing files

    With respect, if you could explain to me further: I don't understand what install path you're referring to and how to put that path into the content directory manager.

    The default install path for DIM is C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library. If you had DS before it only has the default path of C:\Users\[usrname]\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library. In the Content Directory Manager dialog from DS, click on "DAZ Studio Formats" and click the "Add" button on the left and browse to the DIM path. Do the same for "Poser Formats".
