Daz Genesis - iClone Pipeline...where the hell is the iCloneFaceKey.duf file?

Can somebody out there help me because I am getting distinctly unimpressed with the iClone file distribution system which seems to be give the user no, misleading or totally nonsensical information.

I got the iClone/Daz Genesis/3D exchange bundle.
In the tutorials on the internet and one the RealIllusion help page it says I should have a file called
"Designer's Source Pack.zip"

I have zips files of similar names in the downloads but nothing of that exact name.
In this particular file is the duf file I need to transfer the facial animations.
I've been through all the zip files, unzipped them and nothing.

Can somebody tell me where these software creators have hidden the damned file?!

Regards
Steve C

Its in DAZ_Genesis_Extension_Designer_Source_Pack.... unzip... and look in subdirectory Daz Genesis to iClone. Can't really help you with the setup... I bought it but right now just learning Iclone itself not really tackled the exchange or tried to convert Daz characters yet.

I managed to answer my own question by pure chance....

I'll explain for those others who run into this problem.
When you buy the bundle, the Daz files you get to download do not include it.

First of register yourself on the Real Illusion site.

Now in your downloads is a small zip file (less than 1kb) - The flle names ends in "iClone5FacialPipelinePowerBundle.Zip"
This has not actual Daz content other than a file that gives you a web address tell you to go to the Real Illusion website.

Go to the web address given (https://www.reallusion.com/ContentStore/ContentVoucher/)

Enter the short (a character long) serial number code you got with your bundle (its very different from the real illusion ones for 3DX5 and iClone.

Once the code is accepted, in your real illusion account you will be given two files to download (one around 100mb and the other around 68mb)

This has some extra content including the aforementioned duf file.

I really like it when these software sellers give you all the information you need in a clear and concise manner! lol!

    OMG!!

Thank you!! I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to figure this out... I got an RTFM from the support team and was totally lost!

Now that I read your post I actually feel stupid because it seem so obvious! but since the iclone pipeline download contains the word file with all of the links
to the products, I just expected the same thing for the Facial Pack! This was not obvious at all!! I thought that "serial number" looked different!

Thank you for taking the time to post this, I have yet to get any real response from the support team... I will close the ticket!
