Rough edged reflections

When I make a mirror it creates the reflection just fine in renders except that the reflection does not seem to have any anti-alising on the edges. I just bought the Useful Mirros product hoping the texture in it would fix this but it sems to have made no difference.

How do I set up a mirror material or shader to give smooth edged reflections?

See attached image for an example.

    DAZ 4.6.2.117
Lights: 14 spots in a ring around the mirror and a single ceiling spot. It makes no difference with or without the mirror lights.
6 distant lights set up for fill only (no reflections)

    Render settings:
bucket size 64, ray trace depth 2, pixel samples 4, shadow samples 16
    Gamma 1.0.
Hey, I don't think I have ever changed them. (?)

Try upping the Pixel Samples...6 or 8 (3DL seems to prefer numbers divisible by 2 for this one...) and a ray trace depth of 3 or 4. Shadow samples...24. And the big one...shading rate, drop it down to something less than 1 (0.5 or lower).

Warning...doing those changes will INCREASE render times, possibly significantly.

Okay, I tried that, the results are better but still not quite right: although the person has improved, the room now has wavy things in it - the doorway is now hairy ! Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
Oh yes. render time did increase, but I'm not concerned.

The shading rate has a huge affect on reflections.
The only difference between these images is a Shading rate of 0.2 and 1.0
