Setting time to local time zone

Is there a way to get the clock to show the correct time for my time zone? (England)

Since changing to British Summer time, the clock now shows 1 hour behind what it should be. My settings have it set on UTC but I thought it usually changes automatically.

Go to Your Control Panel above the messages here, and change the Localisation Settings.

Set it to GMC, click on Update, and it should fix it. I did that, refreshed the page, and your time now shows as 2:13 (was previously 1:13)

I miss that too. I just reset mine to -4 instead of -5 and it updated properly.
