    Yes, that is what it looks like.

    The only people who can help you with this are Support, Use Help > Contact Us at the top of the forum to reach them.

    I was just going to say it's possible your credit may have expired, and you need to change the expiration date in your saved profile in your account here in the DAZ store.

    Ouch that sucks ._. No chance you will be able to pay with paysafe cards sometime in the future? Otherwise it's game over I guess xD
