question - Carrara dynamic hair capabilities?

are there any demos of what is possible to accomplish with ca dynamic hair?

:-S i haz to make the big decision to continue making my movie in poser or make the big switch to carrara.
dynamic hair and cloth is a big factor, but poser can't save the calculations to the library, haz to recalc. but don't know if ca can make flop around Thor hair at t'all..
