Latest Punch Worthy purchases not showing up on tier

I have just purchased 6 items from the Punch Worthy group,four from today and two from the still PW group, after the March Madness finale email. But now they are not showing up on the tier level. It is currently reading tier 3 with one punch @ $18, when it should be reading tier 4 with two punches @ $38. I have also noticed that the current 'x' is missing from the square despite still being highlighted, and that the March Madness page is not showing the actual items for todays PW's. I have tried refresh, logging off and then back on, closing the browser, and even tried google chome to see if it works there. The items were in product library and I had no trouble with downloading them.
Just wondering if anybody else is having this problem. Should I wait until after Sunday see what code comes up, or should I write a support ticket now.

    At the time of writing there don't appear to be any items in the Punch-Worthy group for today (Sun 6). I was going to have a last-minute splash but am waiting to see what happens. Not sure what the time is in DAZLand.

    I think that the sale ended yesterday. The banner says that today will be the day when the coupons for week 5 are issued.
    I'm afraid the shop is fudged up again. :-(

    I think the sale was still on. The email came through at 4:30pm my time (Australian time) and it was titled '24 HOURS LEFT March Madnes Finale'. I purchased them within an hour of that.

    As i said, I have reported this - now we have to wait until the people at DAZ have a chance to look into it.

    Which will be once DAZ 3D see the report and sort things out. It is only 9:00 am in DAZ 3D land at the moment.

    Seems fixed now. I didn't buy anything when it was broken, so I don't know if punches are being applied retroactively.

    Same here. Today's PW showed up once while I was logged off, but disappeared after login and refused to reappear thereafter. I put stuff in my cart this morning, but I'm not buying until the PW thing is working.

    Punches should be awarded for new purchases; the coupons will be awarded tomorrow, as it now says on the banner. DAZ is aware that people who purchased while the dates were wrong will not have received their punches and that this needs to be resolved.

    They are showing in new releases but not on the main march madness page where it says today's punch worthy items, that page still shows yesterdays for me

    If that helps, that is the code that appeared briefly before the items disappeared. :) I was quick! (It flickered, showed the code, then poof.

    OK, there was apparently a caching issue - I was seeing the right items on the MM page but others weren't. I believe things should now be working - I certainly have the punches from the two of today's items that i bought to confirm the issue this morning.

    I got the correct punches just now, for today's items. So tis working, at least for me.

    I logged on just now and it looks like it's been resolved. The purchase code has the 38OFF that I wasn't seeing on the tier.
