Does anyone know any products that have the interiors of a Gun Shop ( preferably with modern day guns behind locked fences or something ), any interiors for a book store ( could potentially use library book shelving and add a counter but would prefer a pre-built one ) and a Pharmacy shop, so where people can buy medicine. I tried to find some myself but can't seem to find any of these with decent models. Any help would be appreciated.

For the gun shop, you'd be best served picking up some of Polish's gun bundles along with something like Everyday Display Cases.
I've got an upcoming set that includes a bookshop (https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/394871/coming-soon-the-old-shopping-arcade-commercial ) but it's designed for 'outside looking in' shots - depending on your needs, it may or may not stand up to closer inspection (there's only a basic counter and no till/cash-register.)

Similarly, Faveral's 'Le Village' set includes a bookshop: https://www.daz3d.com/le-village-book-store but again it's designed for mid-to-background shots. I'm surpised there isn't a dedicated standalone bookshop product considering how many libraries we have. But combine the books from a library set with the store and counter from another and you should be good to go.
