Since some "poses products" may cause my character's "hand pose" being changed,
So, I locked the hand before adding these "poses products' pose".

But it took me a lot of time to lock every fingers...
How to lock a whole hand including fingers without locking every fingers one by one?

Here's how I usually do it, there might be quicker ways:

Select the hand, either in the Viewport or in the Scene tab.

In the Scene tab, right-click on the hand. In the pop-up menu, go to Select>Select Children. This selects the hand and all finger parts.

(If you only want to lock the fingers, still in the Scene tab -click on the hand to de-select it. The fingers should remain selected.)

In the Parameters tab, pull down the Options menu and select Lock>Lock Selected Node(s) Pose. This locks all the Transforms dials without affecting morph dials.

To unlock, do exactly the same thing, except use the matching Unlock selection in the Parameters tab Option menu.

    Thank you, SpottyedKitty.
    It works.

PS: I want to lock all the fingers...

That's what "Select Children" does, it leaves the original body part (the hand) selected, and adds all the sub-parts (all three parts of each of that hand's fingers) to the selection.
