Why turn to be "Empty Range"? (solved)

The fingers of Genesis can be adjusted but how come my gensis's finger can not be adjusted.

    If you are trying to turn as in twist them that is only on the first joint from the hand not in the second or third parts.

    In this case the empty range is because in the real world, you can do side-side and twist the first bone of each finger, but you can't twist or do side-side with the second and third bone of a finger.

    Edited to add: if you insist on doing something with the second and third part of the finger:
    click on the little gear at the right of and unlock that parameter.
    It will not look very natural ...

    I unchecked the "use limits" in the "Parameter Settings", it works.

    FAST TIP: If you have all ready applied a Pose to a genesis figures Hand(s) that pose will be the limits on a figures hands. I have noticed this one myself. To fix it fully do the Parameters setting Zero Pose on Selected and you will get full posing control back.

    EDIT: I failed to notice a Pose was already applied in the above posts.
