it says

Layer morph expression aniBlocks over your human motions

does that mean i can't keyframe morphs with the animate that comes with DS?

am total newbie to animating in ds, i'm assuming some things are possible that i haven't tried yet. :-/

thanks :)

i think the animat2 is for when relying heavily on aniblocks. am i wrong?

I've dabbled in animation but I'm not very good at it, but I can answer this one!

If you're seriously going to get into animation using aniblocks I would, without a doubt, get animate2. The free player one only allows one concurrent aniblock. I assume that's what you mean when you say "layer." For example, you can't have your figure using one of the Spy Aniblocks while using a "angry face" aniblock. I found it irritating that the player doesnt allow more than one block because using V4 aniblocks needs a "genesis foot offset" aniblock (I believe it's a freebie?)

So, yes, you're dead on. Animate2 is a must have for heavy aniblock usage.

If you're really interested in animation maybe send Wendy a PM. I've noticed she does mostly animation, so I'm sure she has a lot of good information for you.
