Who do I have to throw money at to get such a thing? Preferably with bumps/Spec/gens available.

Not sure i understand the ask since you are asking for a specific look and a merchant resource is a base to build upon for a commercial product. care to add images of what details you feel are needed to be added to existing MRs to get the specific look you are going for.

Images might be difficult, but I'm looking for Japanese/Korean/Chinese skin tones, especially for the men. The extant light/medium skin sets aren't cutting it somehow. I can get close for the women with Skin Builder, but that has its own downsides. The bits I have don't inculude bump or dual-lobe spec maps that can be modified, and my copy of Photoshop doesn't have the 3D filters I need to make them properly.

So, there you have it. Most Japanese men don't have the milky complexion of the women, after all ;)

Well, while I don't know anyone who'd be orepared to do it, I'd happily join you in supporting the artist for creating such product...
