This one is not showing an intro discount of 30% off?

How does the discount work? I added it to the cart but it had not effect?

    You can either report it by opening a support ticket or by just posting here to the forums and one of us will see it and pass it on to the proper channels

    And to be perfectly honest, the Forum Team can often get this sort of thing reported and fixed quicker than a support ticket would, because support tickets are filled in for many things and are dealt with in rotation.

    It got fixed, but I got it before it got fixed. Do I need to submit a ticket or will it be handled automatically?
