Generation X2 installation problem

Hello,

I bought GenX2 and tried to install it. Some months before I had installed GenX1. I tried to uninstall GenX1 but I meet a problem.

- In plugins list, Genesis Generation X2 is listed.

- In panes list, "GenX" pane is listed

- If I open GenX and I load a V4 figure, the morphs are well listed

- But in "target" option, there is only Genesis figure who can be selected. There is not Genesis 2 Female, or Genesis 2 Male figures in that list.

So I think GenX2 don't works well for me.

Have you any idea to what happens and what to do to correct that problem ?

The first thing to do with any plugins that you have installed, is to check if they installed properly by going to Help > About Installed Plugins.

Mine is listed as 'Genesis Generation X2' in the list, and when selected, at the bottom of the pane it gives information on where it was installed to.

In Window > Panes, mine is listed as Gen X as well, but it is the correct version, GenX 2. In the Target drop down box, I have Genesis, Genesis 2 Female and Genesis 2 Male listed.

That is what I have thinking ten minutes before : so I bought also the add-on and now G2 figures are listed.
