Anyone know how to get Maman Brijit *MOTION* hair morphs to work in Daz?
I can get them to work in Poser but when I try to use them in Daz to move her hair... nothing.

How are you trying in DAZ? Is it on a V4? Or is it Auto fit to a Genesis?

/edited due to Jade's post above

If not autofit (as in on V4 or used as prop hair and parented), they should work, at least they do for me. The *MOTION* morph itself isn't a morph, but rather a categorical heading. Some of the morphs won't do anything if you're just using a standard 1-100% scale, you have to really crank them, and I'm talking 500-5000%+.

Ok Vaskania I followed you advice & it worked except for one thing... I'm doing animation and she walks off leaving her hair behind. LOL.

You did not Parent the Hair to the Figures Head then.

Correct. When I didn't have the hair parented the controls worked. But they hair didn't move with the character. I parented the hair & the controls don't work. Catch 22.

Parenting isn't the same as autofit. Parenting just entails positioning the hair on the head, and then dragging the hair to the figure's head node/bone in the scene tab. Is that what you're doing?

Oh my god you guys are right. I've been using Autofit for so long I forgot about regular old parenting. I'm all good THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! :cheese:

lol Glad you got it working. ;)
The only figure you can use 'fit to' and not bork the hair, is the figure it was made for (in this case, V4).
