Country Kitchen Accessories comes with picture frames that hang on one of the walls. They are three figure groups comprised up a couple of frames each.
Only one of these groups has a "Canvas Material" entry in the Surfaces tab.
Is there any easy way to put some pictures in these empty frames? Other than parenting primitives to them?
(Some of the frames are oddly shaped, which is why I am hoping the primitives option isn't the only solution.

you could paste your image on the texture template with photoshop elements or something.
the render inside a render is loads of fun :)
Is that possible? When I looked at the geometry it didn't seem like there was a canvas part?
she means the texture map for the frames
you edit a copy
you can create a seperate channel with the polygon group editor too.
I understand that, Wendy...
The problem is, I don't think there is a canvas object in the figure for the texture map to lay on.
i see a couple jpgs in the textures folder, one with a kitteh sitting under a mailbox.
look for cka_wallframeset_02.jpg
looks like a blank canvas in cka_wallframeset_03.jpg
There are a total of 8 frames in the set.
The first group of frames has two overlapping square frames.
The second group has one rectangular frame and one oval frame. These frames have a canvas material and object. The cat texture is on the upper frame.
The third group has four frames.
The first and third group have no canvas material nor an object to behave as the canvas. They essentially have holes straight through the model.
could be the normals are reversed.
or they really are empty.
