Hello,

I just bought a boat load of training from Dreamlight. I have been eyeing this training for quite sometime and there was a 50% sale today.

However, the basic3dtraining.com site seems to be down. Does anyone know what is going on with the site?

Take care,

Don

Dreamlight's Dream-lounge site is currently down. I'm getting a time out but it could be either a server error or maintenance.

Thanks for confirming. I will check it again tomorrow.

Last time I checked in the address was:

    http://www.dream-lounge.com/amember/

But it's a while ago I accessed the site and yes it seems to be down now.

I just got this email from the mailing (coughspamcough) list:

    Hey, Val here..

We're currently experiencing DNS issues, which seems to affect
a great deal of the internet.

We're working to resolve this asap.

Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Dreamlight's website is back up and running.

For the OP, did the products you purchased come with membership to the Dreamlight Club?

If it did, you have to go to the site. The old readme's used to have the info on the steps to follow to register as a member if membership is included.

If the products you purchased here at DAZ do not list membership as part of puchased, simply go to your products library page and download the modules. I don't know if the DIM handles those yet.

I think a lot of software and plugin products aren't available through DIM as yet, so the OP may have to go to his Product Library in his DAZ Account here to download them.

    Thanks everyone for the help.

I bought a combination of items, some use the install manager, some I had to download and the subscription was to the basic3dtraining.com site. Like I said I have been eyeing this training for weeks, saw the sale and then noticed the site was down. :)

The site is back up, in case you haven't tried again. I know they're doing some upgrading of the site, which may have brought it off-line for a while earlier today, but it's been back up or a while now.

Yes, I forgot to mention that the site was back up.

    Thanks,
