How to mirror poses?

I posed the left arm, and I want to mirror the pose of left body part to right body part.
Whether this is possible?

    Hit Shift Y and your Symmetry tab will popup - or go to your Parameters Tab and select Symmetry from Drop down menu :)

    Not fully tested but a path in the right direction- Whole body settings (see screencap)

    That's how I do it, except I usually turn off scale and translation. Scale is not usually needed (unless you have rescaled parts of the body), and translation I usually don't want -- I want the pose to be mirrored... but I don't want the figure to move anywhere.

    In addition to what Steven posted, I use Nodes: Root rather than Selected, as I'm usually mirroring the whole pose.
