Hello!

I just want to know what is the best way to get in contact with a vendor, when you want to ask about some older products that seem to have disappeared. PM, e-mail,...? Where can I find contact infos about vendors?

If you purchased older items they will still be in your product Library

No, its about items I would like to purchase, but that are no longer available. So I want to ask if I can get them somewhere else.

If they are still active here you should be able to find them in the members list and PM them http://www.daz3d.com/forums/member/memberlist/

Or you could give names of the products and/or the PA and someone will possibly know the answer

Ok, I will try that. Thank you very much!

    Edit:

I have searched for the vendor in the member list, tried to send an e-mail and got this message:

    The following errors were encountered
You are not allowed to use the Email Console

    LOL :-)

Ok, so I try this way:

Its about the "Heavenly Hair" series by Ravnheart and ToxicAngel

Heavenly Hair 6 is available here at the DAZ Store: http://www.daz3d.com/heavenly-hair-6

Heavenly Hair 5 is sold at Renderosity

Heavenly Hair 1 to 4 is not available any more!

I have done a google search about them and I found a Renderosity product page, but they are labeled as Unavailable.
I really really would like to have part 1 to 4, so I want to know from the vendors if there is still a way to get them. I would pay for them, no problem, I simply want to have them !!! :-)

Yes was why I did suggest a PM. You could also try contacting them over at Rendo, through their PM system
