M4 Elite Jeremy white spots

Hello,

I did a close up render with Elite Jeremy for M4 and I noticed small white spots in his face. (With AO and without).

I did a search on Google and found an old DAZ forum post about this, but sadly it isn't accessible anymore.

Does it have something to do with the specularity settings of the skin?

Thanks,
Peter.

Yes, usually that's specularity. Are you using the DS material settings or the Poser material settings?

I tried using them in Studio 4.6, but I think it installed in the Poser runtime.

There should be two zips, one which installs to the Poser Runtime and has the morphs, the Poser material presets, and the actual texture files, and one labeled StudioCF which has the DS material presets in "People\Michael 4\Textures\Mat Elite".

Thanks for clearing that up, I thought the CF files were only needed for the DSON importer in Poser.
But I don't use Genesis in Poser, so I've put them to 'hidden' in DIM!

Guess I'll have to install them all.

Seems I must make difference between PoserCF and StudioCF, grrrr....

Just to let you know that the Jeremy skin looks like it should with the DAZ materials!

I'm now in the process of installing all the StudioCF files (+/- 50) that I've had hidden in the DIM, grrrrr... :)
