Can't install Daz 3D Mac Mavericks

I've downloaded the Download Manager for Mac. Started install but receiving several "Error creating directory" messages... Not sure what to do or if there is something I need to change in the way of permissions maybe?
I've included two of the messages, but I get a bunch of them.
Any help appreciated.

Which user where you running from? A user that can sudo (can become admin)?
My login has admin rights yes.
Are the permission on /Applications correct?
Have you tried repair permissions with DiskUtilities?
I ran repair permissions on the App disk. Hundreds of changes made. Daz 3D still gives error messages.
Did an Info on /Applications directory:
Steve(me) : Read & Write
system : Read & Write
admin : Read & Write
everyone : Read only
Is there something else I need to change?
Should work, I don't have any 10.9 machines without DIM installed so I can't test, but did it create any directory named DAZ 3D in /Applications, and what is the privs on that, might be an installer bug. Which version of DIM btw?
Installer is 1.1.0.7
It did create a /Applications/DAZ 3D directory. Attached is the screenshot of the perms. Looks like it's not inheriting? Do I need to Read & Write the entire DAZ 3D directory perhaps?
Changed admin to Read & Write on the DAZ 3D directory and installer is now working ;)
OK,
This is a bug in the installer-script (Not DIM itself). It only happens on first time installs, not on upgrades as then the DAZ 3D directory is already setup OK, (hence no one has seen it I guess).
I reported it the bug btw.
Just set yourself as owner and remove system as owner. You might see the same problem on the ~/Documents/DAZ 3D folder.
Hope this helps.

sorry: crossposting ;-)
After installer completed, I got this when trying to install all the additional content...
You should use the little cog in the corner of the DIM window and setup where things are to be installed.
And if you check |x] Show details you will see what destinations are available, and if you lack some, you use the cog to set them up.
Right. It's all installed now. Whew. Thanks guys!
