Splitting up a morph, can it be done and how?

Okay, I have made full character morph, I am actually quite proud of it, but I was working from a model sheet, and certain elements would have been hard to have made without the entirety of the figure. Now however I see that it would be nice to use the shapes in a piecemeal manner, what would I need to do to make a series of morphs without remaking these changes? Can it be done?
Thanks
EDIT: Just FYI, the morph is very extreme and the Figure is genesis.

You'd need to selectively apply the morph to the mesh in the modeller you used to create it, tidy up any issues where it joins the unmorphed areas, and load that as a morph. How easy or hard that is will depend on the modeller you used.
using zbrush, if you could direct me to more information I would appreciate it.
