How describe

Because I can't describe this problem tec support so I can't help, so I need help in fixing this with daz, when looking at product in daz store one have choses to look at product in differant views below the main box. For the past two months I can't use those pre view boxes to view the product detail. What one call that function so daz tec can help me

    I assume you mean the pop-ups for additional images, other than the main promo, which appear in a scrolling strip below the main promo image? What browser are you using, and have you tried a different one? Do you have any kind of script-blocking or pop-up blocking plug-in for your browser?

    Thank you for the answer its just happening with DAZ site, these sites Runtimedna, renderosity, vanishing point, etc there no trouble with these pop ups. Using the same browser with other computers I do not have trouble with DAZ site , so long I don't use DAZ site I will not have trouble with pop-ups.

    I recall a post a few months back where a version of Internet Explorer (9 or 10?) had problems with the preview pop-up pictures. I don't remember if the problem was ever found to be caused by the browser version, but after I upgraded my IE browser the problem went away.
