Gallery - better rating system please!

There is one thing that I really do not like about the new gallery. And that is the rating system. That "facebookish" thumb-up like me or not system... it is like a yes or no decision. Click me or not. This is neither constructive or fair. Just take a look at the top of all time images. There are simply too much images with the same number of "likes".

Why cant we have the good old five star rating system that we had before (old ArtZone galleries)? This would be much better for a real competition and for much more precise ratings.

I'll be honest, I've never really paid attention to rating systems. Ratings are horribly subjective at the best of times, and aren't necessarily a reflection of the artists skill but of people's particular tastes. Case and point: DeviantArt has more nude works on people's favourites lists than any other type of image. Quality of said images varies widely, of course.

I don't even know how many 'likes' my images have, or the lack thereof. I mostly post my art for my own sake, rather than trying to cater to an audience, aside from very rare commissions.
