[Solved]Help using the Blood Pack

I'm really new to Daz and 3d in general and I'm sure this is simple, I just purchased the blood pack and I wanted to add it to the clothes on my zombie. For the life of me, I can't seem to find it anywhere or figure out where to add it.

    Which blood pack in particular? Some are actual material/shader presets that you can click to apply, while others need to be added to the textures in a 2D graphics program like Photoshop or GIMP.

    I picked up the "Blood and Gore Pack I"

    That pack has Photoshop PSD files You would need to open them in Photoshop, GIMP, or another similar program to select the effect you want and add it to a copy of the skin texture.

    Ahh, thank you. How do I get the texture I want to add the gore to, out of daz? I tried browsing to the folder but it seems they are all in .dsf format.

    If you load the item and go to the Surfaces tab, select the surface you want to add them to, click on the Diffuse texture image, and select "Browse to file location". Then you can make a copy, add the blood to it, and go back to the Surfaces tab to put your new image in place of the original one.
