Question about Giselle-Ad

Sorry for asking a probably stupid question, but I don't understand the Giselle-Ad.
Maybe it's because I'm not an English native speaker, but...

What are the "New Releases" the ad relates to that have to be bought if you want to qualify for an extra discount?
Is this referring to current new releasesm, upcoming new releases, the Mindblower releases?
I am officially confused. :red:

    They are telling you about it before it happens. It should become clearer when the promotion actually starts.

    same here, really tired of the complicated "buy 4 of these, get 2 at this price and you qualify for this at this price" sales. I just ignore them and wait for an actual sale. I was loving the flash sales, but the last round tied into the unnecessary complicated ones, oh well.
