DAZ3DIM?

Hi, I've been using DAZ3DIM for awhile.

I just purchased 'End of Summer Hair' from the DAZ store.

I used DAZ3DIM to download and install, however I can't find this product in Daz or Poser. So I went back to DAZ3DIM and ran a search under the installed and nothing.

I then ran a search in my finder (mac) and found two zip files stored under My DAZ 3D Library along with a .dsx file mating the zip files.
There are also tons of other zip and .dsx files inside My DAZ 3D Library, so is DAZ3DIM just copying the zip files to my library?

So confused!!!
Any one have any ideas - Please?

So I tried unzipping the two zip files and dragged the runtime content into the corresponding folders inside the Runtime folder inside 'Mt DAZ 3D Library'.
Still can't find the hair inside Poser.

    ???

I eventually found 'end of summer hair' after manually copying the files into my runtime, but my worry is all of these zip file inside my DAZ 3D library.
This doesn't occur on my other computer which also has DAZ installed.

Has anyone seen this before and does anyone know why it's happening?

DIM uses a download folder and then installs from there to content folders - they should be different to avoid confusion at least. This screenshot of yours looks like you got DIM configured to point to a content folder for download.

Thank god for that. It all makes sense now. Is it really necessary to keep these folders clogging up HD space?
I'l create a special folder on my spare HD (non OS) and change the path in DIM.
    Thanks Renpatsu, much appreciated.

If you don't want to keep them around you can configure DIM to delete the downloaded files after a completed installation. Should you need to un-install and re-install a certain product though, then DIM would have to download it again. So keeping the ZIPs around may save time and also may serve as a backup option of your products.

    Thanks Renpatsu
I think I'd prefer to download again. I currently have a folder that is 2GB due to DIM downloads.
I think it would be easier for me to sort through my content by viewing inside DIM any way.
I just deleted 14.5GB from my other computer.
Thanks for your help Renpatsu, much appreciated.
