it's like to a fetish degree almost.
there's a condemned version of it too http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions/condemned-base

re-rendering some pfoofs, changing m4 for gianni, p6james for david5.
looking at what else to replace in the the scenes.
nagarian console is staying

I really like Jack Tomalin's old village wishing well. It has very good textures and a real sense of character about it. It also looks great plonked into the middle of Stefan "Stonemason" Morrell's Village Courtyard.

    Cheers,

    Alex.

tried the courtyard a couple times. the pool has those plants attached to it. makes it hard to follow the rule of thirds, not being able to arrange them. unless i'm doing it wrong, it's not always obvious

luving the dolphin ship. :) it's posh enough for a mermaid queen to motor about

I got fairly heavy use from DM's Medieval Promenade over on Rendo. Build your own modular dungeon/vaulted halls, with pretty much everything you need for the basic layout. Even got pretty good use from the light sets -- and that was in Studio 3. Not Poser.

But yeah, Lots of use from the Tomalin sets too.

Hmm, I have way to many favorites but one item comes to mind and that is Sea Scapes. I'm not into sci-fi so much but this set I use the water because it has the best reflection and realism I've seen or tried so far. The cloud dome that comes with it is pretty darn good and gives you several options.

    Misty,

I always remove the pool and replace it with something like the wishing well. It's the scene's one weak point.

    Cheers,

    Alex.

...by far, Backdrops Made Easy. So useful for quick character studies when you don't want or need a poly heavy set.

The coins work well for medieval usage as well as modern and the price is just out of this world.

Stonemasons Urban Sprawl 2. The ultimate modern city scape. So many places to render from for different looks, perfect for everything from modern renders to superheros. The Fact you can load each building and prop from the set in other settings makes it so useful.

The second most used, I agree with KK, Backdrops made easy. Character studies become so easy and look great.

...I also have to agree about Urban Sprawl 2. The beauty is it is so modular, I've often used individual buildings from it in different scenes in the background as well as many of the street props.

Another one I like is Predatron's Trash Stash when you want to give your city scenes that "lived in" look.

    +1

I use it so often I feel like I should have it set up in my default Startup Scene. :coolsmirk:

I even went to so far as to create some of my own wall textures for it a couple/three years ago.

Maclean's Fashion Studio, Fashion Studio, it's been around awhile, but it fun to show the lights or the camera in the render why is that girl posed like that anyway?
